Where can I find my Rons Place Software Application License Key?

1. In an E-Mail Message

When a professional license is purchased on our website, a license key is sent by e-mail with the advice to keep the key preciously, as stated below:

The license key included below and the install file downloaded from Rons Place Software constitute the item that you have purchased, so please store both the install file and the license key in a safe place.

The E-mail was sent by support@ronsplace.eu and has "Licenses for (Application Name)" as subject.

The order was originally placed on our Website by a customer or by a reseller. Both are responsible for the choice of the e-mail address used to send the license key. Therefore, tracking the person who placed the order is the first step to take to find the e-mail message with the license key.

2. In the Application

Our licenses are per user so, a single license, for instance, can be installed on a maximum of 5 computers. A key, therefore, might need to be applied on several machines.

An alternative to using the key from the e-mail message is to copy one that has already been entered in an application and to paste it into another one.

To copy the key simply go to Application/Licenses on the top ribbon menu; Select "Professional license" in the license area to display the key.

What to do if I can't find the license key?

If you can't find the original license message and can't find it in any application either, just send us a message using our Contact Form and we will do our best to find the order and resend the license key(s) to you. It is important that you provide as much information as you can concerning the original order so that we can verify the licensee.
